      -The staff members really work as a team and support each other -The work in a correctional setting offers patient care opportunities without the rigorous demands of the hospital setting -There are opportunities for growth as a current associate and with a large number of sites in the NaphCare family -The administration is very supportive and is willing to mentor for those wishing to explore management opportunities -Electronic documentation allows for easy charting and access to information

      I've worked with Naphcare for only a short amount of time but with the small amount I have spent here, I've enjoyed. It is a great place to work and they take care of you. If you have issues they manage it to the best of their ability. They also let you know that you are appreciated

      I don't not have any complaints with this company at all. It is a great place to work. If you are considering a job with Naphcare you will love it
