Nepotism starts at the top!

Pros

The benefits and work schedule were definite pros. I loved the patients and families.

Cons

Many issues are swept under the carpet by management. Leadership is a joke and either related or all friends. I worked here long enough to hear in the office “when I get this position you should be able to move right in this one.” Funny how you never see a management position posted.

Cons

My biggest takeaway from my time at Nascentia is the extreme nepotism present. The CEO has MANY family and friends employed, so as others have warned ... be careful what you say to who. Family of CEO are held to a different standard and do not lead by example. If you're far enough removed to not experience this on a daily basis, you might enjoy your work days more than those who face it daily.
