Flexibility Great Work -Life Balance Great Co-workers The Job Itself Great Benefits A company that really cares about its employees Room for advancement and hiring within An overall very positive culture

Cons

I took a pay cut to work here, it was entirely worth it though. Peace of mind has no price.

Could do a lot of work on your own with flexible scheduling

Cons

As like many places, there were far too many managers that weren't helpful when times got hectic. They brought on a guy that was supposed to save their company, but he messed things up so badly with bad information, that they ended up getting rid of the majority of their Case Managers. Do Not Recommend.
