Cons

My biggest takeaway from my time at Nascentia is the extreme nepotism present. The CEO has MANY family and friends employed, so as others have warned ... be careful what you say to who. Family of CEO are held to a different standard and do not lead by example. If you're far enough removed to not experience this on a daily basis, you might enjoy your work days more than those who face it daily.

Pros

I find it exciting to be part of an organization that is expanding everyday and still continues to provide excellent care to those in community. The agency truly values its members and employees. Nascentia also offers some great employee perks that truly makes them stand out as an employer.

Cons

The agency temporarily has extremely limited parking due to the construction of a new building. Although it is difficult to find parking, the agency has gone above beyond to assist staff with alternative arrangements. Despite this short-term inconvenience, we all know it is going to be worth it when we are in our new building.
