Leadership does not practice what they preach in any way, shape, or form. They tell you that you are supported in all ways, that they want to know what works and what doesn’t so they can create “best workplace” for their employees. It’s a fraud. This company will chew you up and spit you out. Speak up and your concerns and suggestions are quickly swept under the rug. Speak louder and they will shut you down and set you up for failure. Leadership chooses to overlook unethical and unprofessional practice for those who brown nose. Their loyalty and support is not shown to those employees who show up every day and put their best foot forward to practice “the Nascentia way” for well being of the community. Leadership has become a dictatorship that practices manipulation, intimidation, and gas lighting to get the results they are looking for. Steer clear of this company if you are seeking longevity in an honest workplace that truly supports and cares for the employees who genuinely care about their profession.
