Pros

Work life balance is somewhat good for for project assign except increasing work form office

Cons

The company has a very uncertain work environment with frequent layoff concerns. There are no meaningful yearly salary hikes, and promotions are rare even for employees who consistently perform well. Higher management does not seem to care about employees or their concerns, and employee recognition and career growth opportunities need significant improvement.
