Toxic Work Environment

Pros

Well catered lunch on Monday and Wednesday.

Cons

I want to give a negative star if possible. This is the worst company I have ever worked for in my career life. Management is terrible, and they do not care for their employees. Management is very selfish, and will take credit for work their employee has done for them. No incentives, no appreciation for the hard work that was completed. It is a norm for managers scream at their employees. The work environment is very very toxic, and hostile. Very under paid for the work you do, and no career path.

Pros

You are the same level/do the same tasks as the CLS does without any supervision, but without the pay

Cons

You are asked to lie to auditors that the CLS supervises your work CLS are told to sign off on things the do not approve of and would be unacceptable in a certified lab Constantly need to watch your back because your profession is on the line (like working for an illegitimate company, doing things you aren't trained/certified to do so) Was told I would be fired if I spoke about my pay (Illegal)

This is very concerning. If you do truly feel this has been your experience at Natera it is your duty to report this to compliance so the situation can be immediately addressed. You can anonymously report this on the Compliance Hotline or email inbox found on the company Intranet. We do not take these type of feedback lightly.

Pros

None really but they do offer benefits and hot lunches during M, W, F. They offer snacks too, just have to get there before all the greedy people eat them up (:

Cons

-Managers don't know how to properly manage workers; they also tend to micro manage a lot -Upper level management can be rude and lack people skills that are required to run a company -Cliquey environment throughout the company -Which results in lazy people getting hired into management, that have no prior experience and manage like mini tyrants -No opportunities for growth. Most of us in the support level jobs had degrees from Universities but they most often choose to hire externally than within the company -Currently going through an expansion to Austin that made me and my coworkers fear for my job security -Pay is not sufficient for anyone to be able to survive in the SF Bay Area
