Poor Company Culture & Morale

Pros

Free lunch 3x a week, and good healthcare coverage. There are a lot of opportunities for growth within the company.

Cons

The company does not offer ANY paid maternity or paternity leave. The company prides itself on helping families conceive and deliver, but they don't offer their employees this vital benefit. This is unacceptable. Employees come in and out of this place all the time. The retention rate is so low, most likely due to the low pay. Their pay is not at market value. The company recently laid of 5% of it's staff, so the company morale is very low. There is no distinct company culture so employees seem disconnected and unhappy. Staff was overloaded and overworked before the layoffs but it's even worse now. Goals and priorities can change at the drop of a hat.

Pros

Decent benefits and lunch is provided 3 times a week.

Cons

Very high turnover rate across organization with little institutional knowledge transfer leads to unorganized chaos. Seems like there is a lack of executive leadership and road map clarity. Goals change with very little planning or thought.

Pros

Catered lunch 3 days a week, free gym, benefits are great

Cons

Now that the company is transitioning to TX none of the new management knows how to run the company. They are very rude and play a lot of favoritism especially to the individuals in TX

We are so glad to hear you enjoy the broad benefits we offer to all employees! That’s one of our cultural values that we take much pride. We do understand that during times of change and rapid growth it can feel like no one knows what is going on because so much changes so fast. We have been working to improve the lines of communication internally so all employees can feel better connected.
