      Pros

      There are no pros. I liked some of the employees i worked with. Very smart.

      Cons

      I couldn't make it through 3 months and i left the company because of culture clash. This company has serious issues. Everyone is working to cover up their . Unqualified managers/directors who have no idea how to manage employees. They throw dirt at each other when it comes to blaming someone for a screw up.

      - Data driven, launched innovative products and more in pipeline - Great opportunity to work on new ideas, fast pace and delivering new products - Good benefits with gym, lunch and other facilities on site - Growing value of the company and stock options incentives

      - Fast growth of the company can be stressing - Immense hiring has lead to challenge in passing the cultural values.

      Our management team heard our employees feedback for more communication, and here are some of the things that we've done. Quarterly town hall happy hours where leaders speak directly to our employees with updates on goals and challenges ahead, monthly anonymous surveys and employee' feedback to share with executive team and managers of all the departments, a monthly news letter with all the latest events and news about Natera inside and out. Another great program we've launched are Lunch and Learns, which has been a great way to learn about various projects and teams. Communication channels and programs will continue to grow as we adjust to growth - stay tuned!

      Good company, with a few complaints

      Pros

      Good work/life balance, interesting problems to work on. Perks are nice. Office culture is fairly laid back and there is very little pressure to work crazy hours. Overall company growth is definitely on the right track.

      Cons

      Feels understaffed, so constantly playing catch up on issues, rather than dealing with long term solutions. Focus of the company seems to change on a weekly basis, resulting in lots of unnecessary delays and useless work.
