      Pros

      This company is truly amazing and innovative. For the first time in my life, I feel genuinely fulfilled by my job and excited about the work I do every day. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that my work is actually helping a vulnerable population and making a real difference. The culture is supportive and positive, and the people here really care about both the mission and each other. I feel valued, motivated, and proud to be part of such a meaningful organization.

      Cons

      I feel that our systems could operate better and be more accurate. I feel that departments should collaborate more so that everyone is on the same page as far as processes go.

      Good sole contributors, poor management

      Pros

      The sole contributors and low level managers are genuinely dedicated to ensuring patients come first. They will always go above and beyond to ensure patient test results get out on time.

      Cons

      Management does not enable teams to make decisions. Too much has to get approved for projects to move forward. Also, if management does not like someone, regardless of performance, they will weaponize the Performance Improvement Plan process to justify termination. Employees put on a PIP should immediately start looking for a new role as your termination from Natera is inevitable.
