Though I was here only for a year, it gave me enough time to experience and appreciate Natera. They have maintained a brilliant work-culture, informal yet professional. The cafeteria is exquisite, and salary packages and incentives are more than rewarding. What’s the verdict? Well, Natera is awesome!

I really enjoy working here. Natera's core values align with my own. I have not met a single employee that is not pleasant or nice. And I feel that my work is extremely meaningful.

Cons

My current pay is not what I was expecting for my first out-of-college job, however I feel that the wages I receive is fair.
