I am a self-motivated professional. It was fabulous to see that Natera, despite having a brilliant informal work culture, was very organized and professional. People who put in the hours, go the extra mile, or think outside the box are generously rewarded. Natera offers a variety of growth opportunities with the organization. If you’re up to the challenge and ready to work hard, you will reap what you sow, and then some. Working with Natera was an enriching experience.

Cons

None. Employees who can’t carry their weight should be shown the door.

I worked here for a good 6 years, and in that time, I learned a great deal. Natera is a beautiful company with a plethora of perks, incentives, and a comprehensive system designed to help employees grow, learn, and scale-up. The work culture here is brilliant, and I genuinely appreciate how employee-centric they are. Natera really is one of the best companies in biotech. I left because I had to move with my family. If you’re contemplating joining Natera, just go for it.

Pros

Natera is a beautiful company. They offer great salary packages, incentives, and a canteen that would put the best restaurants to shame. Most of all, I loved the senior management. Unlike other companies, Natera’s senior management is qualified, experienced, and compassionate. They go out of their way to maintain a harmonious environment where everyone can thrive as a team. That is truly commendable.

Cons

The canteen could use some more variety. They do have an expansive menu, but I love food.
