Being part of a rapidly growing organization, we understand that you may feel like you're called upon to wear many hats or pull double duty. We urge you to talk to your manager to assist you with prioritizing, or the larger team by redistributing or improving the efficiency of work flow.

Pros

When the best thing about working for a job is the "perks", its probably time to move on. This company has some trailblazing technology and products that have been created with helping families achieve a healthy pregnancy. The catered lunches are nice and the free kitchen food (healthy, mostly nothing I eat snacks) is nice to have but I would rather have a raise. I am proud to work here because of that but the bad outweighs the good mostly.

Cons

Literally, all of our processes change every day. One day we could be doing something, then they find out what they are doing is not compliant with health laws and then they up and change it or sometimes they just change things just because. The only opportunity for growth is if you are sucking up to your Director and Manager. You could be a good worker but if you do not do those things; they do not see your potential and will pass you up for the employee that they like; not the employee that is actually qualified for the job. Obtaining missing information has got to be the most non stimulating thing that I have ever done in my life; Seriously if i would have actually been told what Customer Support agent really was, I would have ran for the hills. Also, to have so much on your plate and to be held to a high standard; we are grossly underpaid and the raises are only nickels and dimes up from the starting pay; which can be a slap in the face. This company's technology is great but I have seen a lot of false positives lately and I do not know how long people will be willing to take this test when the results aren't always correct. Most bio tech companies do not stay around long, but hopefully they will stand the test of time.

Customer Support Specialists are critical to our success, providing a vital connection between our patients and our products. If you feel that your position was misrepresented to you prior to taking on the job, please do speak with HR or a member of the recruiting team. It does not benefit Natera or potential employees to put out inaccurate job representations. As for test accuracies, our NIPT test is constantly undergoing reviews and examination by the scientific community. This is not the correct forum to speak to the accuracy of our NIPT test, but scientific papers can be found on our website at Natera.com and Panoramatest.com. -->http://www.panoramatest.com/en/healthcare-provider/our-science.
