      Pros

      I recently joined Natera and have been incredibly impressed by how smart, supportive, and passionate people are about executing the company's mission. The talent and passion here extends across functional groups and from the most senior managers to junior/entry level employees. This is a very supportive company which is sure to serve as a springboard for successful careers and valuable professional development.

      Cons

      Not many cons. Things move quickly at Natera but (and despite with other reviews may suggest) that is a pro; the opposite of moving quickly is to work at a bad company.

      Great Products - Management will drive you crazy

      Pros

      Cutting edge products, changing the world of medicine, chance to work on crazy amazing products. If you have the right manager you will be fine.

      Cons

      If you have the wrong manager your life could fall apart. Upper management frequently has meetings with people yelling at each other. These are people with MDs and PhDs yelling at each other -it is a little scary if you think about it.

      Excellent leadership, creative and responsible Director

      Cons

      Hires immature leadership, still involved in a Click, not allowing fair advancement. Employees with more seniority and a much higher production, over looked for a more Buddy like system

As for the perception of cliques, there are groups of employees that have been working together for many years. We believe that these relationships helped build the company that we are today.
