      Good benefits including catering and extremely good health insurance

      Very few sick days, leadership seems to lack direction, a lot of turnover, a lot of lies about lab opportunities

      -Great technology -Outstanding achievement opportunities coming for not only science but for PATIENTS

      Cons

      -Sales leadership -Regardless of your loyalty, tenure, or outstanding performance there will be no reciprocation -Would rather cut loose tenured management and reps that have higher salaries from their tenure to answer profitability needs -You should not consider this as a long term career move -expect no loyalty or commitment back regardless how invested your family is to Natera
