Pros

Smart Technology, food, drinks, small gym, and game room. Medical coverage. You will meet great people here but when they start falling into the little office cliques it becomes not a happy place to work at. Gluten Free snacks hahahaha

Cons

Micro Management, cliques, office gangs, and unappreciated by management with little pay. Team Moral SUCKS here, its very degrading having degrees and the company you work for does not acknowledge you for your hard work etc. I will be leaving this company within a month been here too LONG with nothing to show for.

Pros

free boxed lunch, hybrid work culture

Cons

There's a serious lack of transparency. Even when teams are working on the same product, there's no communication or visibility between them – each team operates in its own silo. Performance reviews and job titles aren't standardized across teams, leading to inconsistent practices. Each team has its own unique set of rules, and promotions seem to be a matter of luck. Some teams promote every two years, while others use a forced distribution system (bell curve) for performance reviews, potentially resulting in unfair "below meets" ratings, even for those returning from leave or new hires, simply to fulfill the curve's requirements.

Pros

Good product. Market leader in the industry, great training program.

Cons

Management plays favorites, ASR’s continue to get under paid, bonus incentives are unattainable due to lack of innovation. ASR’s are “not promotable” in the Executive Leadership Team’s eyes, they treat ASR’s like disposable employees. They will hire from the outside and not promote from within. When I gave my two week notice they rejected it and let me go on the spot. Did not reimburse me for all expenses incurred while working for the company. Over all one of the most frustrating & toxic work environments I’ve worked in.
