Great benefits, time off and catered lunches if you go into the office.

Cons

Executive leadership is terrible and the systems are laughable. Proper user testing is not done prior to system upgrades and you won't know what those upgrades are until they roll out and break everything. Slow to change

I love the people I work with.

Cons

Too many politics at the leadership level. CEO is not held accountable for rash decisions. There is a MAJOR lack of process across the board and the entire environment is a constant state of reactive chaos. Lack of diversity at the ELT level, horrible work/life balance, and little focus is actually on their employees.

Lot of favoritism and bias towards males. There is not much diversity. Not much career growth opportunities for women of color. Product managers are more like business analysts here, poor management and lacks talent. Low compensation
