Pros

Flexibility and Benefits are good but that's about it though. Co workers are great to work with. And the summer party is good.

Cons

Absolutely no growth in this company. They say there's growth, but isn't really any unless you are friends with upper management.

Pros

Great people, location, flexible hours. Your a person here, not just a number. Great experience and knowledge you can use in a lot of different roles.

Cons

The workload is too much causing errors and mistakes. The company has made an attempt to automate too many things at once causing errors and other unforeseen problems .. therefore causing many unhappy clients. There is little to no extra support from management.. no job satisfaction or reward. They have good intentions and a lot of great people but they're missing the big picture.
