Literally everything else. The pay is horrible The supervisor in the welding division will treat you like a child. He's mixed people's welds up. They expect you to meet a quota that's just ridiculous. They're galvanized steel department received an OSHA violation for lack of ventilation which they have years to fix their ventilation is non-existent. I've never actually seen nepotism in real life till I worked there. The galvanized steel supervisor had his son directly hired. When I seen how bad as welds were I tried helping him out and he told me hey they're pretty good for me never welding before in my life... I would only work here if you just started going to weld school and you want something on your resume. The place is literally full of young kids and I seen why.

Owners are incompetent and regularly fight with one another. Most employees are temps because turnover is so high. Most departments are very physically demanding.
