We do have things in place such as huddle meeting to share a variety of subjects and keep associates updated and provide training. We even share birthdays and fun facts. We make associate engagement and culture a high priority. We recently passed out sunscreen to the entire plant. We wish you the best finding an employer who better suits what you are looking for.

3yWe are saddened to hear that is the impression that was left. NCC does care about our associates very much. We can't implement each idea however we strongly review them all. Many ideas are implemented such as changing our hourly bonus incentive from quarterly to monthly. That was from associate feedback.
