Pros

Work from home remotely. Decent pay with money to be made. Benefits.

Cons

Once youre out of training, ANY bad month will put you on a "pip" or "performance improvement plan". Spoiler, its not an improvement plan, its just harsher standards that put you in the worst mental status youve ever felt i your life. It doesnt matter if you missed your monthly debt saving goal by even the smallest percent. They give you worse accounts to work with, and if you miss the goal the next month, your fired. End of story.

Pros

Work remotely. They make you feel great during onboarding and training.

Cons

Revolving door of account managers simply to sustain the top earners workflow. You’ll work the worthless accounts to the bone while they can’t even get through the hundreds of shoe-in deals they’re handed each month. Already looking for other employment. I have zero control over the quality/quantity of accounts I’m assigned. Zero control of client response. Other debt settlement companies don’t allow an employees success to be so unpredictable. Disappointed.

Pros

It's sales, you make great money, but you are expendable. The company and client come 1st! You spend 90 percent of your time on the phone, you get breaks and lunch, but theirs constant pressure to SELL

Cons

Though the money was good, you never felt secure, even when you were performing VERY well. There were quite a few corrupt people in upper management. The work place culture has changed drastically. It used to be a fun and competitive environment where we challenged each other to be our best and chase the money. Now the culture is competing with each other in a negative manor rather than supportive.
