Pros

only benefit is that you work from home

Cons

even as a bridge job this was terrible. you literally get paid 15/h and the lead and comp structure is terrible. they route all the best leads to all their favorite agents who were in office before they went remote leaving you with bad leads that bring down your conversion forcing you take more bad leads since your conversion is low. now as far as the comp structure you get a chargeback every month when the client cancels or misses a payment because the client realizes that NDR doesn't do anything to actually help them. you can spend 1 hour or even longer on the phone signing somebody up and they can literally cancel the next day giving you a chargeback so basically you are working for nothing but don't worry the company is still getting paid. the chargeback system is so bad you may be owing money at tax time because you get so many chargebacks.if you don't enroll at least 300k a month you won't be seeing any real money at this company. NDR leaves you exactly like they do their clients BROKE! and all of those good reviews are fake they literally send out emails to their employees to leave a review

Terrible place to work

Pros

Work from home. Coworkers are nice

Cons

When I first started here it was a great place to work and I was beyond happy to be here. As time passed greed and miscalculations from upper management made this place turn 180 degrees in the order direction. Some how the company keeps breaking records but I make less income as milestones are broken. I am not an avg rep either. This company has been spoiled from greed, please explain how it’s fair to pay reps less than .5% on a deal that they gross 20-25%! More than 50% of the floor does not even make commission and when you do make commission they take it back with charge backs. Empty promises and excuses as to why it’s slow. Please everyone think about it….. the more agents they hire the less avg volume everyone has which in the end makes them pay little to nothing on commissions! Unless you like making $15 an hour this place is a complete scam.

Pros

Money was good for a while.

Cons

Company has no interest in really caring for their agents, longer charge back periods mean they pull your hard earned commissions back, put more work especially trainings that have nothing to do with making more money, if you're a top agent they will bombard you with training so that you're unable to get leads to get bonuses, they hire massive amounts of agents then spread all the good leads to new agents so the top tier guys commissions are cut. They tell you to enroll clients no matter what, then fire 10% of agents because they accuse the agents of committing fraud when leadership is the one to do it that way. Once you leave the company they will keep all of the commissions owed to you also.
