Pros

competitive base pay, top-notch commission plan, very professional and organized company, super-efficient systems in place, learn a great deal about consumer debt and counseling folks out of debt, great service to public, earn certification, build work ethic and endurance, young and talented sales management, top notch coaching and training, very straightforward sales pitch, casual work environment, very diverse workforce, veteran team leaders to provide support

Cons

hours can be long so it's up to the employee to ensure work/life balance, must be able to handle rejection and difficult consumers on a daily basis so it can get to you unless you maintain a constant positive attitude and enthusiasm, management can feel unapproachable at times, you can burn out if you don't work efficiently and choose your battles on the phone wisely

Pros

Co-workers are for the most part friendly and nice.

Cons

HR is friendly, but powerless! One will get called in and BAM!! You are fired for NO reason at all! HR is simply a rubber stamp for the Company! Low Pay as well. One goes to a training class for nearly 2 weeks 9being tested nearly every day!!) and you still are not hired until the end of training, with many potential workers being sent home! No other company does that! So one goes to the Company for 2 weeks and still you do not have a job until the final test! All for a measly 30k and now it is even less!
