Team work and positivity are emphasized throughout, in dealing with clients and with each other. Hard work and initiate are rewarded and owners and upper management show with action that they care about employees. You don't have to wait years to be recognized for hard work and initiative and opportunities will open up for you.

Cons

In the short term, quarters are a bit tight due to the growth of the company. We'll be moving to bigger digs soon so it's just a temporary thing.
