You're just another number and so are their clients, They hire every month and have high turn over.
They hired in Decemeber and they had no leads available for the reps, We were literally told in a mass email not to dial out more than 1 time per minute because there were no leads available and it messed with the algorithm, I later found out from someone that their top marketing rep quit (THEY KEPT THIS QUITE FROM EVERYONE) in October without notice , just left.
Shortly after there was suddenly a lead shortage..pretty crazy since they're the largest Debt Settlment company out there.
They spend crazy money on their Christmas and "Mile Stone " parties and make all the reps sign an "no social media post agreement " at these parties, They hire 50 cent , chain smokers and a few others, No one is impressed with these parties, They could've paid their employees a Christmas bonus instead of spending all that money on parties, but they won't because they don't value their employees like they claim to , they only value their image ,,and instead they take your money for clawbacks even during the holidays.
Managment isn't the brightest either. They're all the same I think most of them never had a real career before.
Many of the top performers quit and went to work for other DS companies because management is so horrible, there were no leads, their chargebacks are ridiculous, the base pay is too low , the commission tier is horrible, AND they feed all the hot leads to 2 reps and to the rookies,,In fact word has it that NDR threatened to sue other debt settlement companies for hiring their reps.
Anyone knows that when top performing reps leave it's beacuase they're not happy and that there's clearly an issue with the company and with managment.
NDR makes their reps - make thier clients split the monthly payments so that they can chargeback the rep if a client skips a payment meanwhile NDR still gets paid from that client.
They MICROMANAGE you ,
They tell you when to take breaks when you can take a lunch and if you derail from your scheduled breaks they make you submit an exception form to justify why you had to break at a different time,
Your manager will call your cell. Management is horrible, claim to have your best interest but they really do not.
Once you choose your schedule you're stuck with it forever.
They have a few top reps that magically hit 2 million in revenue monthly, math says that it doesnt add up because they make you read a 27 page agreement to each client that you enroll and it takes about 45 minutes to complete and that's if the client has no
questions. AND when there are no leads available while clicking "get next" to dial out there is always a limit and a message the reads "no leads at this time" yet they want you to have 30 call per hour with their stupid "DPAH" SYSTEM
Every email from upper managment is always negative in some way.
Bottom line , this place is trash and high stress for little pay.
they want you to bust your back , and new employees are happy for a while until thier clients start dropping and then NDR chargebacks and your commission goes into the negative, their base pay is pathetic and not current with the cost of living, I would nopt recommend anyone to work here.
