Pros

Work from Home, 40 hours week

Cons

Unrealistic Goals, Scare Tactics (PIP & Write Ups), a VERY HIGH employee turn over rate and Feeding off of Clients Hardships. Aggressive Charge-Backs on commission’s. They don’t coach and develop employees - Team Leads are more about making their sales and the only time CM will message you is to write you up or place a performance plan which is not good for mental health If you have a good job, please don’t join this company. It is not what at all what they advertise it to be during the interview process - Yes maybe 2 years ago it was a great company with a great culture however that is no longer the case for these guys (based on feedback from peers) and my time here.

Pros

Use to be a great place to work.

Cons

Working at NDR has always been a pleasure until this last year before i quit. I worked with this company throughout the tough times in Covid but these times now is disgusting. Agents can’t even pay their bills. As a single parent i had to skip bills to try and catch up the next one. But that never helps. I probably have to enroll with NDR as a client since i had to buy groceries on CC in order to feed children. Take out loans to cover childcare but i wouldn’t even be able to afford those payments with how we are being paid. We are being charged back with enrolled clients. Agents are owing back the company because the chargebacks are out of control. Agents are quitting to go to other debt relief companies that actually pay their employees. The Moral is big time on the floor everyone who loved working here now sees it as a drag. Who wants to invest time into a company in which they can’t make enough to cover basic necessities. I really hope things go back to how it used to be. Where people were excited to come to work and know they will have the opportunity to live comfortably.

Pros

Work remote. First 3-4 months are great.

Cons

The initial period of employment, spanning the first three to four months, is characterized by the provision of high-quality leads, enabling the closure of numerous deals. However, throughout 2023, the organization underwent a significant expansion in its workforce, resulting in a marked reduction in both the quantity and quality of leads. This has led to a noticeable decline in income for employees, raising concerns over the company's recruitment strategy and its impact on staff remuneration. Furthermore, the company's practices regarding income projections have not aligned with actual outcomes, and the introduction of additional performance metrics has compounded the challenges faced by employees. The implementation of Observe.AI for call monitoring, coupled with a stringent compliance framework encompassing over 26 items, has introduced a rigid standardization of communication. Deviations from prescribed scripts are met with corrective actions, including write-ups and coaching, limiting agents' flexibility in customer interactions. The recent adoption of Calabrio/Workforce Management software for scheduling has further constrained employees' ability to manage their workdays effectively, particularly in the dynamic sales environment where call timings are unpredictable. The imposition of fixed breaks and lunch times, without consideration for the variability of sales calls, has introduced additional stress and inflexibility, with penalties for deviations from the assigned schedule. The discrepancy between the number of agents and the availability of leads has created a competitive environment that undermines the ability to earn a sustainable income. The compensation plan falls below industry standards, and the policy of revoking commissions for client cancellations or payment deferrals within the initial four to six months—despite assurances of payment flexibility to clients—highlights a significant misalignment between the company's promises and its practices.
