Pros

Full health Benefits 401k paid vacation

Cons

First thing is Shady Managment. If you have a question concerning a bundle policy that will benefit the parenting company GOOD LUCK!!Manager is away in another city and not only never answers her phone but purposely didn’t set up a voicemail so no one can bother her.Base pay is the lowest in the industry and commission rates are laughable.Maybe 1% or even less.Stressful days and constantly bullied.I sold really well my first month without any chargebacks. The second week of the 2nd month I’m being threatened to loose my job for low performance.Turn over rate is every three months. The manager of Covington Kenner and Hammond is lazy and really a unfit manager. She’s either gonna quit soon or be replaced

Pros

The money is good, once you build your pipeline and learn a few sales techniques. Good company to get on your feet financial and good health and dental insurance options.

Cons

Where do i begin? The time restraints are horrible, meaning you only have a few minutes a day to take personal breaks such as bathroom breaks, phone calls, etc. If you go over it they will bring it up in your one on ones. They hover over you as you are trying to make a sale and even if you make a sale and you are not one of the favorites they will pull you off the phone to tell you what you did wrong. This company also bases your commission on a scoring metric, if you don't pass your calls you do not make full commission. Management does not care about family life, anything pertaining to what you need to take care of outside of the job is not cared about, like a sick child, or of you can not work ot or stay late due to family responsibilities. they may say they care but behind the scenes they are taking note and preparing to write you up. Last but not least, the team leads are very rude and aggressive if you do not agree with their methods, they will eventually use that against you. If you can tunnel vision on just the money and ignore all of those things then go for it!

Pros

Great people Bonus structure Great atmosphere Friendly environment Sheetz

Cons

Charge backs take your whole condition, you're not allowed to see how they calculate your commissions, if you get on someone's bad side they will come after you in every way possible after firing you.
