Pros

Benefits were on par with other employers. I learned a lot that gave me experience to get a better job.

Cons

Worst experience I’d had in years. You work with people all over the country that you don’t see face-to-face, so they hide behind their email and pretend you don’t exist. You can email someone’s boss, their manager, their director, up to the top of the chain, and you won’t get answers. Everyone is unhelpful as possible. The Facilities team is just plain awful. They are incredibly rude and fake, they spent their entire days sitting outside smoking and when they got back inside, the whole office smelled like smoke. Especially the elevators! I had tax deadlines to meet and people would ask me if I completed them. I would tell them no because how was I supposed to meet deadlines if no one trained me to do my job? When I finally trained myself to do this mess of a job, I still couldn’t meet deadlines because no one at the company cared about being in compliance. I could send email after email and no one would give me what I needed. This happened ALL THE TIME. I would try to get tax bills paid and they made me use checks, but by the time they sent me the checks, it had been a month and the bills now were overdue and we owed late fees. But then they acted like I was the one out of compliance when I asked to use a credit card instead! I had tax deadlines of my own to meet, but I didn’t have time to do them because I was expected to play secretary to the rest of the tax team. They refused to even consider hiring more help when we would be working late or on weekends. This place is an absolute mess! DO NOT WORK HERE!

Pros

REMOTE WORK IS A GODSEND. I cannot understate how amazing that working remotely is for me at least personally. The staff is well organized and compared to some, the place could be worse I suppose. But this is not a job you want long term. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get another position if you end up staying here for more than a year. The callers are absolutely insufferable.

Cons

THE CALLERS ARE SOME OF THE MOST *inintelligent* PEOPLE IV'E EVER SEEN. You get so so so sick of them really fast. It feels painful having to say the same lines to them over and over on rapid fire. The benefits are garbage. If that's important to you, please apply somewhere else.

Pros

The training people and the HR person who hired me was very nice.

Cons

Total sweatshop. The training for FNOL (First Notice Of Loss) entry level job was really intense. They want you to learn so much information and their complicated computer system for very low pay. I lasted one week and then quit. You also have to buy into your benefits with your paycheck so by the end of it all you are left with nothing. Training was 8 hours a day for AT LEAST 5 weeks with only two 15 minute breaks and and UNPAID lunch. Do yourself a favor and be a janitor..you will make just as much and much less stress.
