      Be ready to adapt to constant change and micro management

      Pros

      Fair pay for remote positions. Very easy resolution from the support department with any software or hardware malfunctions. Great benefits. Yearly evaluations for a potential raise based on attendance, quality and productivity.

      Cons

      Company is constantly changing structure and procedures. There used to be a lot of overtime however they have steered away from that by hiring offshore employees. So overtime is vary rare. Constant micro management and unstructured training. Your training will consist of a lot of shadowing and learning from other employees with the potential of adopting methods that may not be accurate due to constant change in procedures. Production must be at 100% or more every month.

      Pros

      My team was great, but we were brought over from Esurance.

      Cons

      Terrible claims system.Way too many new losses assigned per day, and assigned on days you don't work. The goals/expectations that were set were completely unreasonable. If you didn't plan or commit to working multiple hours of overtime every week, there's no way to get on top of your inventory. Management seemed unwilling to listen to/address any concerns/complaints from the employees.
