Pros

Great team, great team leaders, challenging work, always something new to learn, encouragement to do better and move up in the company, support if you need anything, equipment is provided and always updated, working remotely is awesome.

Cons

Health insurance plans are typically expensive for the family option, but there are company sponsored benefits to make it somewhat bearable.

Good training. Responsive management. Cool perks and contests during AEP. Work from home.

Cons

Extremely micromanaged, but it’s a call center position. Very fast paced especially during AEP.
