Pros

The call center supervisor is amazing! He is funny, caring and very intelligent. The supervisors are all very friendly and the pay is nice. They are always doing something to keep the moral up.

Cons

I do not like the point system or the adherence schedule you have to abide by. It is a bit strict in my opinion and I wish they would reevaluate it.

Pros

Set times and work. Relatively simple and straight forward. Depending on you're team it can also be a nice working environment.

Cons

Pay isn't all the great. Mostly through its very micromanaged, you must account for all time including bathroom breaks. The systems calculate how much time it takes you to finish each document and how much time you were in each program.
