Pros
The call center supervisor is amazing! He is funny, caring and very intelligent. The supervisors are all very friendly and the pay is nice. They are always doing something to keep the moral up.
Cons
I do not like the point system or the adherence schedule you have to abide by. It is a bit strict in my opinion and I wish they would reevaluate it.
