The only thing is that we wfh and PTO is given to you right away.

Cons

The workload is heavy. The only way to stay current is to over until 9pm everyday. The system is not made for PIP so the rep has to do everything. 2023 and they can’t put in proper systems to allows the work to be smooth. Unnecessary reports due every week. Training is awful! It’s not geared toward PIP
