Pros

-Decent pay -Got to work remotely from home -Worked on the line that was not as busy -Nice coworkers

Cons

-They follow a first and final rule. So if you make a mistake or something happens you get a single warning, if it happens again (even if it is not your fault such as internet or vpn issues dropping calls) you are immediately terminated. -You have to deal with all the angry and yelling customers because of the adjuster's negligence or inability to communicate with customers. -Verbal abuse from callers is not worth it if we are so easily expendable. -There's a reason they were always sending emails asking us to refer people to apply for this job.
