Great training program, awesome coworkers and nice working environment. Decent compensation packages offered to employees and free parking at the Winston Salem office.
Cons
First "real" job straight out of college. Great training program and great first year as a claims adjuster. After the first year claims began to go down hill, workload became more that could be handled and work life balance was almost non existent. Quantity of work more valuable than quality of work. Workload unbearable and caused many in the claims department to leave. High turnover rate as new hires unable to keep up with incredibly fast paced environment. Management aware of issues but no changes are being made to keep the people they have. Morale is out the window.
