      Pros : Decent amount of pto days Good co-workers Specifically my manager makes this job bearable frequent raises (only if you meet the crazy metrics) Work from home

      WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU STRUGGLE WITH ANXIETY/DEPRESSION Cons: No work life balance/long hours Training is 0/10 Very few managers are as nice and understanding as mine. Too many hats You will spend most of your salary on therapy Work load should be illegal Too many unobtainable metrics
