Pros

You get to work from home, completely. The pay is great, and there may or may not be an opportunity to move up. Depending on your manager, you may not have to be on the phones all day.

Cons

The outrageous volume of claims you have to work through. You will be on the phone all day, and due to their new system, you have to help out with everyone’s calls anytime of the day. The high expectation of being able to move to another position, when, in actuality, you have to work a 12 1/2 months before moving to another position.
