Pros

The only pros is that it's a remote position and you immediately get 30 days paid vacation to use.

Cons

The sales commission structure isn't great. Your base pay is $15 an hour which makes you disgruntled because you can make more money at a local QuikTrip or Walmart. If you're new to insurance sales, NatGen isn't the best place to start. After you pass your call final, you're on hold forever on the "supervisor" line to get your policies approved and questions answered that no one in the group chat can answer.
