Pros

- They pay for your licensing - Get paid for two weeks when you quit. When you quit they pay you for a 2 week notice instead of making you work.

Cons

- Pay scale - Over worked - Not appreciated - They try to bully and use scare tactics - Worst leads to work with - Forced Overtime then they "charge you back" for time you have already been paid for on previous checks - Worst benefits ever - no work/life balance. - pretty much EVERYTHING about the company. Suggestion would be work for 4 months as much as possible then move on to a different company. Only people that where promoted where really close friends or family members.

Pros

Worst company to work for

Cons

Within my three weeks of training I got fired because I wasn’t performing how the managers wanted me to. In the beginning of traning I got told “If you aren’t performing we will work with you’’ I think it was unfair they can say something like that to you and then tell you something different. You get trained with people that don’t wan to trained you.

Pros

I learned so much about the industry. I thank the overwhelming workload for 90% of the wealth of knowledge I now possess and the other 10% I learned from my coworkers/managers.

Cons

Very heavy workload. Inadequate pay for work being done. The company has several levels of promotion within the adjuster position and each is supposed to have different workloads with the most experienced adjusters receiving the heavier workload. The system is faulty and management refused to correct workload or give promotions. It’s also widely known but rarely discussed publicly that upper management has a preference for a certain type of person who lives a certain type of lifestyle. Almost daily there was changes but no centralized system to find what processes were currently correct. So many areas where there could be improvements that would positively impact workers but it seems “big money” is spent on software updates and programs for tools that aren’t as smart as management thinks they are.
