      Poor Management - technology poor.

      Pros

      pay was good - but earned pay before National General bought prior company out.

      Cons

      They protect contractors more than full time employees. They don't try and retain hard working people, they would rather get cheap contractors who don't care about the company. and are there only short term till they find full time. Supervision is poor. HR is poor. Insurance plan poor.

      I don,t pretend something is good when its not. In all honesty great companies do not exist in this day and age?

      Cons

      Everything is a con and thats an understatement. I agree with others if you want a job this is a good place to start but do not think retirement. Organizations like Yahoo, Google and Facebook are dream companies it's hard as hell get a job at one of them because people don' t leave. That says alot about a company.

      where do I begin.. management doesnt respect anyone nor do they care about you bonus structure changes so often and its always for the worse things change more than they stay the same crappy companies with crappy products
