Pros

I worked as an ESR or ISR, so most likely this will not apply to you but if it does, great! Coming from lots of BS jobs, labor intensive, stressful, etc this job was a piece of cake. It helped me learn a lot about myself and I, to this day am super grateful I worked here!!! This is THE best job to learn and develop your sales skills and time management. Speaking of management, the leadership in this company ALL AROUND is top notch. I felt welcomed, figured out quickly the culture is just second to none, and all everyone wants is success for everyone. Not to brag but I was the top ESR for most of my time here, and it is due to myself being willing to learn and make positive changes to my habits and mindset. Should out to the managers for being the goats in leadership. As far as being an agent here, the money is great I hear.

Cons

The cons of this position is definitely the repetitiveness, especially on the hella-regulated Medicare side. 200 dials a day may not seem like a lot, and its not when you are dialing <65 customers, but when you have to read the super long SAME SCRIPT in the MANDATORY voicemail, each and every call, its extremely hard not to feel discouraged on continuing the job for long. Another thing to add, my opinion of course is I have heard that new BA’s (the role most ESR’s move up to) are not happy and have a high % quit soon after. I cannot speak on this, but I am sure that is for a reason. After time being a BA for a while, they make great great money but at first not so much.
