Glassdoor estimates are nowhere near what this company offers as far as compensation. Shady practices, ripping off customers, stealing money from people, treating employees like garbage. You could get away with the murder at this company as long as you rip off customers and meet sales goals. Does not matter if you over insured the customer , bundled and didn’t disclose policies. As long as you meet your goals you’re protected and reap the benefits. The back office has to pick up the sales slack of doing their job properly while they pull into work in their BMWs and Mercedes.
Management is incompetent , favoritism, a toxic culture that makes everyone hate their job. This company needs to be investigated for multitudes of frauds, intimidating work ethics and overall shady business practices. Just look at their customer reviews. It’s beyond embarrassing to tell people where you work and what the company does. At this point I’m looking elsewhere and will have learned my lesson as to what kinds of companies to avoid.
