      Pros

      My hard working co-workers and the salary. I also learned more in the 11 mos I was there than I could have learned in 8 years at Progressive.

      Cons

      No amount of money can compensate for your lost emotional well being. Used vacation time to work from home in a futile attempt to get caught up. Management would have the balls to sit across from you and ask what YOU think YOU can change to be more "productive". 15 new Commercial PD claims a day, most days. Impossible expectations. Angry customers. Like I said, Hell on Earth.

      It was a job. Till they lie to you.

      They will lie. They dont tell the truth. Stop drinking the coolaide. Pretty sad there customer sevice department sucks. First notice of loss is a joke they cant even get the customers name spelled write. 3 key managers leave in 2 months. What does that tell you The HR dept what a joke.....

      It is ok in the interview. Then that's it.

      Cons

      . they fire adjusters who make the most money. They start by increasing the workload and soon zeroing out is unattainable. The Teams are switched constantly and state handling is never the same. All the managers have different ways Of handling file questions and there is no communication with upper management. It's about who you know --and who likes you.
