Pros

Great insurance , Good hours.

Cons

Horrible management, treat employees like children. No respect from leadership. Mandatory OT. Not a good place to work if you are looking for good pay. Growing within the company is not easy. If you want to get treated like a human don’t work for this company. Allstate bought out the company and they now micromanage everything you do. They want to know what you do for 8 hours and you have to put in daily how you spend your time. They say they care about your mental health but they don’t. They don’t care about anything except your productivity. If you care about your mental health then find another job. You will be better off going to another company.

Pros

None, absolutely no benefit working with this company

Cons

Over worked and under paid. Very high turn over and people consistently leaving the company. Manager get annoyed when you ask questions. Training is non existent. Adjuster are continuously going on short team disability because this company mentally drains you ! Other adjusters are not held responsible for staying on top of there desk and you have to end up picking up the slack because they force you take all adjuster calls. Was promised things would get better with the company but nothing changed . Phone don’t work half the time , you don’t have access to systems you need to do the job. We’re suppose to be policy experts but can’t access customer policies . It’s not worth it . Manager do more gossiping about people on there teams then answer messages for help !Do NOT WORK HERE !!!

Pros

Good people, overtime opportunities, easy commute for the everett area

Cons

The overtime is mandatory. Turnover is insanely high based on unyieldingly rigid attendance standards. Anyone who has a health issue requiring that they see a doctor will absolutely NOT get the time off they need with the current system. People are fired in waves and it sometimes feels like intimidation. Morale is insanely low and they try to make up for it with pizza and cake. The job itself is very complicated and is definitely NOT an entry level insurance job. Management doesn't feel like its their job to help their employees, and some managers routinely take out their life frustrations on those around them while they take helpdesk calls. People are lucky if they make it 3 months in this job. There is no real potential for raises or bonuses, benefits aren't much, and advancement opportunities are few and far between.
