Pros

The people on my team are great. Our immediate managers are excellent.

Cons

Pay is above ‘minimum’ but for Puget Sound it’s close to fast food starting salary. Overtime is nonstop. (Without OT I could not pay the rent.) Say they respect diversity but their actions show homophobia, racism, ableism, misogyny. Women run the call centers, but they all report to Men.

Pros

You will be trained and licensed by the company. Work From Home If you can get through this job, you will truly appreciate how many better opportunities there are out there.

Cons

Management cares more about covering their own than advocating for their team. If you want to stay caught up on tasks, you have to work 60+ hours a week on an exempt salary. Did I mention the pay is a joke? Literally doubled my salary switching companies with 1 certification.
