Pros

Good, hard-working coworkers, and a non call center environment

Cons

Adjusters have no power. Managers have no power. Everything, from top to bottom, is micromanaged by one person at the top. No matter your experience, skills, or tenure - you are always wrong. Never join the total loss department.

So much lost potential ...

Pros

Ideals of company are good. Business is booming, money is being made. Time off is better than average.

Cons

Many in positions of "power" who abuse their position and title. Favoritism. Bullying happens at supervisor/manager level; unfortunately many employees don't feel safe going to HR or don't feel they have been heard in the past so they don't bring current and ongoing issues to light.
