Pros

-Full time position -Plenty of opportunity for overtime if you are cross-trained in multiple banks -Health and retirement benefits -Paid holidays and paid vacation -Assigned to teams, but work independently on your assigned clients -MOST of the people are very nice

Cons

-Do not get sucked into any drama. Stay far away from negative people because they will bring you down. It is a red flag if multiple people dislike the same person, even if said person seems really nice. In fact, I wouldn't get too close to anybody. You are there to work and nothing else. -Managers play favorites. This could be a pro or con depending on if they like you or not. Personally, I benefitted from it, but it makes you feel bad because you may not be the best producer but are advancing faster in the company than people who have been there a longer time just because management likes you.
