      Pros

      Such a great place to build your skills and earn what you deserve. There are many reasons this job is better than other phone based sales jobs and opportunities to make more than you thought you could.

      Cons

      The work/life balance is definitely not there and management makes little effort to address these issues. Turnover is high as a result and most agents will not last longer than a couple years.

      Pros

      If you sell then this may be the company for you. They generate leads for you so all you have to do is call the leads and sell. Management I worked with was kind and positive.

      Cons

      If selling is not natural and you're not prepared to sell at times you perhaps wouldn't then making a livable income may be a challenge long term.
