Pros

It’s a job and a pay check nothing more then that. Nothing much to say other then then that, do not work here.

Cons

Horrible work life balance. Work Load is EXTREMELY high. 45 exposures a week. They Only care about metrics and if you hit them, it does nothing but keep your current role. Opportunities are slim and non existent. No flexibility with work schedule. You punch in and out at the times they say. Benefits suck $1500 deductible. PTO is horrible can’t use the days you have and have to submit your vacation schedule to them a year in advance just to have them denied. Everyone is STRESSED out all the time. Stay away from this Company.

Pros

Co worker relationships Decent pay but could be better. Great hours Nice amount of PTO

Cons

Health insurance option not so great. If you have a spouse who works and their job offers health insurance, but you decide to get a family plan through your job there is a $75 monthly surcharge for your spouse in addition to the insurance cost.
