you can break the non-compete

Pros

went to work for a carrier directly and was able to get around the non-compete. Only work during open enrollment, make your 10-15 grand and leave.

Cons

the non-compete sucks and is unnecessary, the pay is fast food wages low and management is great only if you make sales.

Great culture and training, good benefits, understanding and empathetic leaders, promote from within. Great entry level position to get your foot in the door with a really great company!

Cons

The health, vision, and dental benefits could be better, but that is my only gripe with the company- I really can’t think of anything else.
