Pros

I don,t pretend something is good when its not. In all honesty great companies do not exist in this day and age?

Cons

Everything is a con and thats an understatement. I agree with others if you want a job this is a good place to start but do not think retirement. Organizations like Yahoo, Google and Facebook are dream companies it's hard as hell get a job at one of them because people don' t leave. That says alot about a company.

Pros

Good technical skills in the organization, great speed to market

Cons

Workplace bullying is a norm. Females/people of color/single moms in particular are discriminated. Despite good results, the managers treat you and ridicule you in front of others. Operating under stress and high level of anxiety is a good sign and if you dont show those signs then you are not working hard enough. There are lot of other violations (discriminatory practices) that I'm not listing here but the company needs to be investigated for its open violations of labor laws.

Pros

Not bad, not great. The company is growing and is a fairly stable place to work. Benefits are average and pay is slightly below average. Management is great with flexible time and PTO use. Relatively limited role from a Business Analyst perspective, mainly due to the odd and somewhat challenging structure of IT/ Development being part of a separate "sister entity". Not a bad place to begin a career out of college or changing professions. Not a ton of reasons for someone looking to grow in the career path to stick around for the long term.

Cons

Pay is a little low compared to other local companies. ZERO training, educational assistance. Due to this the majority of the staff does not have a very strong background in their area and has little to no knowledge of best practices.
